We do not have any return policy. If there are any complaints, these are required to be communicated within 7 working days of receiving the order. Any complaint after 7 working days will not be entertained. Any product with such complaint needs to be delivered to us within the mentioned period. Once a complaint is made, a due quality check process will be followed to investigate if the complaint is genuine or not. If the complaint is genuine, the customer will be offered an exchange. In some cases, we can also proceed with refunding the amount (not for customized orders).
